Delivery Options

• Same-Day Delivery within Nairobi CBD – Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day, free of charge.

• Same-Day Delivery within Nairobi Estates – Orders are delivered the same day at a small delivery fee depending on the distance.

• Next-Day Delivery for Major Towns in Kenya – Orders outside Nairobi are delivered within 24–72 hours via trusted courier partners such as G4S, Jumia Delivery and Fargo Courier.

• Countrywide Delivery – We ship to all major towns and counties across Kenya. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Order Processing

• Orders placed and confirmed during working hours are processed immediately.
• Orders placed after working hours or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Confirmation
